摘要
采用计算流体力学方法对混砂车搅拌罐瞬态状态下的混合性能进行仿真分析,得到搅拌罐达到基本均匀情况的混合时间和排出口的均匀度,仿真结果对比分析表明存在内筒的结构能够得到更高的混合均匀度。在此基础上对搅拌罐内筒上的入水口结构进行数量上的改进,对比得出搅拌罐内筒上入水口数量与搅拌装置混合时间和混合均匀度之间的关系,即入水口数量越多,排出口密度分布越均匀,为混砂搅拌装置的设计提供了理论依据。
The mixing performance of the mixing tank of the sand mixer under the transient state is simulated and analyzed by using the computational fluid dynamics method. The mixing time when the mixing tank reaches the basic uniformity and the uniformity of the outlet are obtained. The comparative analysis of the simulation results shows that the structure with inner cylinder can obtain higher mixing uniformity. On this basis, the number of water inlets on the inner cylinder of the mixing tank is improved,and the relationship between the number of water inlets on the inner cylinder of the mixing tank and the mixing time and mixing uniformity of the mixing device is obtained. The more the number of water inlets, the more uniform the density distribution of the outlet, which provides a theoretical basis for the design of the sand mixing device.
