摘要
通过深度结合胶带输送机动态运行特征与安全特征,建立了胶带输送机动力学模型与能耗模型,同时采用显式模型预测控制(Explicit model predictive control,EMPC)区间算法优化带式输送机的带速设定值动态,并通过实时调整不同送料速率下的带速,达到了降低能耗、提高安全性的目的。
This study establishes the dynamic model and energy consumption model of belt conveyor by deeply combining the dynamic operation characteristics and safety characteristics of belt conveyor, dynamically optimizes the set value of belt speed of belt conveyor by using Explicit model predictive control(EMPC) interval algorithm, and adjusts the belt speed under different feeding rates in real time, so as to reduce energy consumption and improve safety.
