西门子S7-1200及S7-200Smart是目前常用的可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC),其功能强大、性能稳定,目前在各行各业应用都很广泛,基本替代了继电接触控制系统,避免了继电接触控制系统烦琐的接线及故障查找困难的问题。但是,随着国家工业现代化、自动化、网络化进程的推进及工业转型升级战略的实施,各控制设备之间通信网络的组建与实施成为了必须解决的技术难题。基于此,从S7-1200及S7-200Smart网络的组建、组态、网络联结、相互之间数据的精准提取和控制其他设备等方面进行了探究。

S7-1200 and S7-200 Smart are commonly used Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) at present. They have powerful functions and stable performance. At present, they are widely used in all walks of life. They basically replace the relay contact control system and avoid the difficulty of complex wiring and fault finding of the relay contact control system. However, with the advancement of national industrial modernization, automation and networking and the implementation of industrial transformation and upgrading strategy, the establishment and implementation of communication network between control equipment has become a technical problem that must be solved. This paper explores the establishment, configuration, network connection, accurate data extraction and control of other equipment of S7-1200 and S7-200 Smart networks.
