基于高速并联机器人和机器视觉的白酒异形瓶理盖上盖系统研究 被引量:2

摘要 异形瓶理盖上盖是白酒灌装包装生产线中的关键工序。因此,提出基于高速并联机器人和机器视觉系统的高速自动上盖机器人工作站,开展了其设计思路、机械结构搭建的相关研究工作,并重点分析了其关键技术点的解决方案,包含系统建模、智能视觉检测机构、图像处理等。样机试验结果表明,系统整体运行良好,达到了预期设计效果。 Arranging the cap into a consistent state of transport queue and placing the cap on the the special-shaped bottle tops is a key process in liquor filling and packaging production line. Based on the high-speed parallel robot and machine vision system, a high-speed automatic capping robot workstation was designed. Related research work was carried out on its design ideas and mechanical structure construction, and the solutions of its key technical points were analyzed, including system modeling,intelligent vision detection mechanism and image processing. The prototype test results show that the system runs well and achieves the expected design effect.
