基于3C1B车身涂装工艺的套色一次面漆工艺设备研究

随着我国经济的高速发展和人们消费水平的不断提升,汽车消费量也在持续增加。为了满足消费者多样化的消费需求,车身的颜色越来越多样化。套色车区别于传统的车身单一油漆颜色,可以有效实现多种颜色的混合,若采用传统的3C1B工艺进行生产,往往效率较低,且生产成本较高。因此,研究3C1B车身涂装统一具有非常现实的意义。基于此,对基于3C1B车身涂装工艺的套色一次面漆工艺设备进行了研究,为我国汽车产业的发展提供了技术参考。

With the rapid development of China’s economy, people’s consumption level continues to improve, and automobile consumption continues to increase. In order to meet the diversified consumption needs of consumers, the color of the car body is more and more diversified. Different from the traditional single paint color of the car body, the chromatic car can effectively realize the chaos of multiple colors. If the traditional 3C1B process is used for production, the efficiency is often low and the production cost is high. It is of great practical significance to study the unification of 3C1B body coating. Therefore, the author will study the process equipment of chromatic primary topcoat based on 3C1B body coating process in this paper, hoping to play a beneficial role in promoting the development of China’s automobile industry.
