摘要
基于激光检测技术的转向架通用正位检测台是根据车辆段使用的交叉支撑转向架研制,设备兼容性高,能够同时对转K2、K6、大轴重DZ型转向架进行正位检测,实现多功能化,操作方便,节省占地空间。整台设备检测过程自动化程度较高,操作者仅需将被测转向架落至检测台上即可,工件的检测由激光检测装置自动完成,并自动判断检测结果。
The general alignment detection platform of bogie based on laser detection technology is developed according to the cross support bogie used in the depot. The equipment has high compatibility. It can detect the alignment of K2, K6 and DZ bogies with large axle load at the same time, realizing multi-function, convenient operation, saving floor space. The detection process of the whole equipment is highly automated, the operator only needs to drop the tested bogie onto the detection platform, and the detection of the workpiece is automatically completed by the laser detection device and the detection results are automatically judged.
