摘要
作为电动汽车空调系统的核心部件,涡旋压缩机的性能对整车运行的安全性及舒适度至关重要。因此,简要分析了电动汽车用涡旋压缩机的关键技术,包括涡旋型线优化修正技术、结构优化技术以及应用技术扩展等。同时,介绍了电动汽车领域涡旋压缩机应用近年的发展历程及现状,并对其未来的发展方向作出预测。
As the core component of electric vehicle air conditioning system, the performance of scroll compressor is veimportant to the safety and comfort of the vehicle. Therefore, several key technologies of scroll compressor for electric vehicare briefly analyzed, including scroll profile optimization and modification technology, structure optimization technology aapplication technology extension, etc. At the same time, the development history and current situation of scroll compressor electric vehicle field in recent ten years are introduced, and its future development direction is predicted.
