浅谈马克思正义观的演进过程

On the Evolution of Marx’s view of Justice

马克思的正义观是建立在马克思主义哲学革命基础上,但是马克思主义哲学的革命根本上是创立历史唯物主义并以它为基础超越旧哲学的唯心主义和庸俗唯物主义。因此,马克思的正义观的根基是历史唯物主义的正义观。本文从马克思博士论文入手,探究马克思在各个时期对于正义观的不同理解与演进过程,对脱离社会现实的理论加以批判,从社会生产条件中探寻正义问题。

Marx’s view of justice is based on the revolution of Marxist philosophy, but the revolution of Marxist philosophy is basically the idealism and vulgar materialism that founded historical materialism and based on it to surpass the old philosophy.Therefore, the foundation of Marx’s view of justice is the view of justice of historical materialism. Starting with Marx’s doctoral thesis, this paper explores Marx’s different understanding and evolution of the concept of justice in various periods, criticizes the theory divorced from social reality, and explores the problem of justice from the conditions of social production.
