摘要
"洋留守儿童"指拥有外国国籍但长期离开父母在国内生活和读书的留守儿童。洋留守儿童家庭教育存在"家庭身份特殊、亲子情感隔阂、父母管教缺位"等问题,导致孩子归属感不强、安全感缺失、放纵心理明显,影响德育、学习效果和心理健康。有效的帮扶策略包括发挥政府部门的导向作用、学校的主阵地作用、社会组织的辅助作用和家庭自身的能动作用。
"Foreign left-behind children" refer to those children who have foreign nationality but live and study in China without their parents for a long time. There are some problems in the family education of foreign left-behind children, such as "special family identity, parent-child emotional barrier, and absence of parental discipline". These problems lead to children’s weak sense of belonging, lack of sense of security, and less self-restraint, affecting the moral education, learning effect and mental health. Effective helping strategies include the guiding role of government departments, the main role of schools, the auxiliary role of social organizations and the active role of families themselves.
