西藏农村初中办学条件的计量与评价

Measurement and Evaluation of Conditions of Running a Rural Junior Middle School in Tibet

摘要 教育均衡是我国义务教育发展的重要战略,其重点关注对象是教育欠发达地区.从地域方位看,应重点关注西部地区;从地域的行政区划看,应重点关注农村地区.故选取西藏农村地区初中学校办学条件作为研究对象,运用因子分析和ward聚类分析法对2019年西藏自治区农村地区68个县级行政区进行综合排序和分类,并从基础教育教学资源、知识拓展教学资源和现代技术教学资源三个维度分析西藏农村初中办学条件,最后根据分析结果提出相应的发展建议. Educational balance is an important strategic direction for the development of China’ s compulsory education,and its focus is on underdeveloped areas.From the geographical perspective,we should focus on the development of education in the western region;from the perspective of the administrative division,we should focus on the development of education in the rural area.Therefore,this study selects the conditions for running junior high schools in rural areas of Tibetan counties as the research object,and uses factor analysis and ward cluster analysis to sort and classify 68 county-level administrative regions(counties and districts) in rural areas of the Tibet Autonomous Region in 2019,analyzing the conditions of running schools in Tibetan rural junior high schools from three aspects:basic education teaching resources,knowledge expansion teaching resources and modern technology teaching resources,and finally the corresponding development suggestions are put forward based on the research results.
