主动精神科联络-会诊对心内科患者住院时间及满意度的影响

目的评估主动精神科联络-会诊对心血管内科患者住院时间及满意度的影响.方法选取心内科2个病区(A区、B区)患者.2020年对A病区的入院患者行主动精神科联络-会诊,即在入院早期对患者进行精神疾病的筛查并提供针对性处理,为主动干预组.2019年的A病区为上年对照组、2020年的B病区为同年对照组,两组对照组均只接受常规会诊服务(被动精神科-联络会诊模式,简称被动会诊).比较三组患者住院时间及满意度的差异.结果合并症分布显示,心内科病区患者共病焦虑障碍最为常见.与两个对照组相比,干预组平均住院时间显著缩短、满意度明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论与被动精神科联络-会诊模式相比,主动精神科联络-会诊模式可以有效缩短患者的住院时间,节省医疗资源,提高患者对医疗服务的满意度.

Objective To explore the impact of proactive psychiatric consultation-liaison on the length of stay and satisfaction index of inpatients admitted to cardiovascular department in the general hospital.Methods Two wards(A and B)in the cardiovascular department of a 3A grade hospital in Hangzhou were selected.In 2020,proactive psychiatric consultation-liaison were performed for inpatients in ward A,that is,mental disease screening and targeted treatment were provided for the inpatients in the early stage of admission,and this group was considered as the intervention group.Ward A in 2019 was taken as control group of the previous year,and Ward B in 2020 as control group of the same year.Both control groups only received routine consultation-liaison services(passive consultation-liaison).The differences in length of stay and satisfaction of inpatients in these three groups were compared.Results In terms of the distribution of comorbidities,anxiety disorder was the most common among inpatients of cardiovascular department.Compared with the two control groups,the mean length of stay in the intervention group was significantly shortened and the satisfaction index was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with passive consultation-liaison mode,proactive psychiatric liaison-consultation can effectively shorten the length of hospital stay and improve the satisfaction of inpatients admitted to cardiovascular department.
