LIS Research in the Perspective of Responsible Innovation: Preliminary Perspectives and Reflections

近年来,信息资源管理(LIS)更加紧密地嵌入公共文化、社会平等、数据管理、健康信息传播等当代社会的核心命题,体现了向社会与民众"负责任"的学科意识和发展理念。这种"负责任"的意识为"负责任创新"引入LIS学科奠定了基础。以"社会责任"为交切点,探讨负责任创新与LIS研究之间的关联,并从伦理道德规范、创新应用等方面,分析负责任创新对LIS学科的可能贡献,同时还提出在负责任创新的视域下开展LIS研究,其关键在于构建领域内的负责任创新理论和实践框架。

In recent years, the field of LIS has become more closely embedded in the core propositions of contemporary society, such as public culture, social equality, data management, and health information dissemination, reflecting the disciplinary awareness and development concept of "responsibility" to society and the public. This sense of "responsibility" precisely lays the foundation for the introduction of "responsible innovation" into LIS research. Taking "social responsibility" as an intersection, the article explores the connection between responsible innovation and LIS research, and analyzes the possible contributions of responsible innovation to LIS research in terms of ethics and ethical norms and innovative applications. As a preliminary study, the authors also suggest that the key to LIS research in the context of responsible innovation lies in the construction of a theoretical framework for responsible innovation.
