摘要
目的探讨对慢性肺阻塞疾病患者实施优质护理的效果。方法选取2020年10月—2021年2月沈阳急救中心附属医院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者70例,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各35例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组护理方案的基础上实施优质护理。比较两组的护理效果和患者对护理的满意程度。结果研究组护理总有效率和护理总满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者实施优质护理,能够提高护理效果和患者对护理的满意程度,值得推广使用。
Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods A total of 70 patients with COPD treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Shenyang Emergency Center from October 2020 to February 2021 were selected, and randomly divided into control group and study group with 35 cases in each group. The control group adopted routine nursing, and the study group implemented high-quality nursing on the basis of the nursing scheme of the control group. The nursing effect and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate and satisfaction of nursing in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing for patients with COPD can improve the nursing effect and patients’ satisfaction with nursing, which is worthy of popularization and use.
