超临界循环流化床锅炉技术发展现状与展望 被引量:2

State and Prospective of Supercritical Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler Technology

摘要 在开展超临界循环流化床锅炉发电的工程示范过程中,建立了整套的超临界循环流化床锅炉设计理论和关键技术体系,发明了系列的关键部件创新结构,研制了600 MW超临界循环流化床锅炉,研发了成套辅机、仿真、控制和安装调试技术,完成了世界首台600 MW超临界循环流化床示范工程的系统集成,创建了安全运行技术体系。进而研发推广了350 MW超临界循环流化床锅炉。最后介绍了660 MW超超临界循环流化床锅炉的研究进展并展望了未来发展。 In the process of supercritical CFB boiler demonstration,Chinese researchers carried out the fundamental research,development,design of the supercritical CFB boilers independently.The supercritical CFB boiler design theory and key technology system is created.The key component and novel structures are invented.And the 600 MW supercritical CFB boiler and its auxiliaries were successfully developed and demonstrated in Baima Power Plant,National Energy Group as well as the simulator,control technology,installation technology,commissioning technology,system integration and operation technology.And then,the 350 MW supercritical CFB boiler was developed and commercialized quickly.Finally,the update progress of 660 MW ultra-supercritical CFB boilers is introduced while its future is expected.
