电站锅炉SNCR应用优化的实验与模化研究 被引量:1

摘要 在某电厂75 t/h四角切向燃烧的煤粉锅炉,进行低NO_(x)运行的SNCR试验调试,并进行了数值模拟分析。研究发现数值模拟与实测数据符合较好。关于SNCR的优化研究表明:SNCR运行工况中的最优氨氮比为2.0;SNCR采用单独上层喷氨,与上下层混合喷射或单独下层喷射两工况相比,有更高的脱硝效率;在深度空气分级SOFA配风40%与30%的对比下,40%SOFA协同使用SNCR,可实现整体脱硝效率77%,深度空气分级对SNCR脱硝有促进作用。 The SNCR test of low NO_(x) operation was carried out in a 75 t/h tangentially fired pulverized coal utility boiler.It is found that numerical simulation is in good agreement with measured data.The research results show that the optimal ammonia-nitrogen ratio is 2.0 under SOFA fixed at 30% ratio.The higher denitration efficiency was obtained through ammonia injection from the upper-layer nozzles,which is compared with the mixed injections or injection from the lower-layer nozzles.Under higher air staging of 40% SOFA,the overall denitration efficiency is predicted about 77% better than those at fixed 30% SOFA,as witness that the higher air-staging benefits SNCR application.
