摘要
针对中速磨磨制高水分褐煤出力不足的问题,开发了热一次风蒸汽加热系统以提高热一次风温度,大唐国际锡林浩特电厂两台660 MW超超临界对冲锅炉的运行情况证明了热一次风加热器能够解决此问题,配备热一次风蒸汽加热系统后锅炉效率高。
Aiming at the problem that the drying capacity of high moisture lignite produced by medium-speed pulverizer is insufficient,the hot primary air heater is developed to improve the temperature of hot primary air.The operation of two 660 MW supercritical pressure opposed-fired boilers in Datang International Xilinhot power plant proves that the hot primary air heater can solve this problem,and the boiler efficiency is high when equipped with hot primary air steam heating system.
