电站锅炉干式排渣机性能试验研究 被引量:2

Experimental Study on Performance of Dry Bottom Ash Conveyor for Utility Boiler

摘要 以某电厂干式排渣机系统为研究对象,通过试验研究了干渣机对排烟温度和锅炉效率的影响,并对干渣机系统的漏风率、排渣量和耗电率进行测试及分析。结果表明:在锅炉额定工况下,干渣机使排烟温度升高8.21℃,排烟热损失增大,但回收利用炉渣热量,炉渣实现再燃烧,不完全燃烧损失和灰渣物理热损失减小,因此综合影响使锅炉效率提高0.77%;干渣机系统漏风率为0.98%,建议在锅炉正常运行中,适当关小液压关断门,减小干渣机漏风量,同时加强对底渣的监视,防止堆焦;干渣机排渣量为7.01 t/h,在任何工况下,干渣机系统的出力都能承受炉渣的冲击和最大贮渣量的压力;干渣机耗电率为0.0066%,对机组能耗影响极小。 The influence of dry bottom ash conveyor on exhaust temperature and boiler efficiency was researched through experiment in a power plant,and the air leakage rate,slag discharge and power consumption rate of dry bottom ash conveyor were tested and analyzed.The results indicate that dry bottom ash conveyor makes the exhaust gas temperature increased by 8.21℃,the heat loss due to exhaust gas increases,but slag heat is recycled which makes the heat loss due to unburned carbon in refuse and sensible heat in slag decrease,so the boiler efficiency is increased by 0.77%through comprehensive influence under boiler rated load.The air leakage rate is 0.98%,hydraulic shut-off gate should be turned down to reduce air leakage rate and monitoring of slag should be strengthened in case the heap coke in normal operation.The slag discharge is 7.01 t/h,the output of dry bottom ash conveyor can bear the impact of slag and pressure of the maximum slag capacity.The power consumption rate is 0.0066%,which has minimal effect on energy consumption.
