摘要
上汽西门子超超临界机组普遍存在真空严密性相对偏差问题,其中一个重要影响因素与主汽阀及再热主汽阀阀杆密封填料处密封效果不好导致空气被吸入有关。介绍了三种阀杆漏汽改造案例,并在现场成功实施,消除了上述因素的影响,为同类型机组改造提供参考依据。
The STC-SIEMENS ultra-supercritical unit has a common problem of poor vacuum tightness,one of the important factors is that the air is inhaled because of the poor sealing effect at the sealing packing of the main steam valve and the reheat steam valve stem.Three cases of technologic retrofitting of valve stem leakage is introduced,which have been successfully implemented in the field to eliminate the influence of the above factors and provide reference basis for the transformation of common type units.
