1+X certificate system is the only way to deepen the reform of the training mode of compound technical talents.The National Credit Bank of Vocational Education explores the recognition,accumulation and conversion of learning achievement between vocational skill level certificates and college majors(courses),which affirms the functions of 1+X certificate learning achievements in education support,learning path widening and learning direction guidance.The construction of national qualification framework,standard system of credit certification in credit bank and the supporting system for learners to participate in the conversion of learning achievements will provide institutional support and standard guarantee for the certification and conversion of all kinds of learning achievements.
