摘要
校企协同育人是高职院校与企业实现双赢的有力途径,也是高职院校市场营销专业向前发展的新创举。"立德树人"教育理念,以全新的育人视角为校企协同育人提出了新的目标。立足高职市场营销专业校企协同育人模式的现状,分析校企协同育人过程中的问题,以"立德树人"为基点对校企协同育人模式的改进提出一点建议。
College-enterprise collaborative education is a powerful way for higher vocational colleges and enterprises to achieve a win-win situation,and it is also a new initiative for the development of the marketing management major in higher vocational colleges.The educational concept of building morality and cultivating people puts forward new goals for college-enterprise collaborative education from a new perspective.Based on the current situation of college-enterprise collaborative education mode,it is analyzed the problems existed in the process of its implementation,and put forward some suggestions on the improvement of college-enterprise collaborative education mode based on building morality and cultivating people.
