槐耳颗粒与索拉非尼联用对原发性肝癌术后复发患者的作用效果及对甲胎蛋白、甲胎蛋白异质体-L3水平的影响

Effects of Huaier Granules Combined with Sorafenib on Postoperative Recurrence Patients with Primary Hepatocellular Carcinoma and Its Effects on Alpha-fetoprotein-L3 Level

目的探讨槐耳颗粒与索拉非尼联用对原发性肝癌(PHC)术后复发患者的作用效果及对甲胎蛋白(AFP)、甲胎蛋白异质体-L3(AFP-L3)水平的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年6月在朝阳市中心医院接受治疗的PHC术后复发患者114例作为观察对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各57例。对照组给予索拉非尼治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用槐耳颗粒治疗,比较两组疗效,治疗前及治疗2个月后的AFP、AFP-L3水平,以及不良反应。结果观察组的客观缓解率(ORR)是71.93%,疾病控制率(DCR)是96.49%,较对照组的52.63%及82.46%更高(P<0.05)。治疗后两组AFP及AFP-L3水平降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率是10.53%,与对照组的8.77%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论槐耳颗粒联合索拉非尼对PHC术后复发患者的作用效果较好,还可明显改善患者机体的AFP和AFP-L3水平,安全性也较高。

Objective To explore the influence of effects of Huaier Granules combined with sorafenib on postoperative recurrence patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma(PHC)and its effect on AFP、AFP-L3 level.Methods From January 2018 to June 2020,a total of 114 postoperative recurrence patients with PHC were selected as the research objects and were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 57 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was given Solafenib and the observation group was treated with Huaier Granules plus Solafenib.AFP and AFP-L3 levels before and and adverse reactions 2 months before and after treatment were compared.Results The ORR of the observation group was 71.93%,and DCR was 96.49%.Compared with the control group of 52.63%and 82.46%,it was higher(P<0.05).The AFP and AFP-L3 levels in both groups were lower than before,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.53%.Compared with the control group of 8.77%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of Huaier Granules combined with sorafenib on postoperative recurrence patients with PHC is better.It can also significantly improve the AFP and AFP-L3 levels of the patient’s body,with high safety.
