乌骨鸡育雏日粮适宜氨基酸水平的研究

Study on optimal amino acid content of ration for raising young silky soul

采用单因素试验设计分别研究了蛋氨酸、赖氨酸和苏氨酸对育雏期乌骨鸡生长发育的影响,结果表明:不同水平的蛋氨酸和赖氨酸对2周末和4周末的体重无显著影响(P>0.05),不同水平的苏氨酸对2、4周末的体重有显著影响(P<0.05),0.1%和0.15%苏氨酸组2、4周末体重显著大于0.2%苏氨酸组和对照组(P<0.05),0.1%与0.15%苏氨酸组、0.2%苏氨酸组与对照组之间体重无显著差异(P>0.05)。添加蛋氨酸、赖氨酸和苏氨酸对乌骨鸡的采食量无显著影响(P>0.05)。

The effect of different level of methionine,lysine and threonine on growth of silkyfoul were conducted respectively by single factor design.The results indicated that dif-ferent level of methionine and lysine have no significant effect(P>0.05)on body weight of chicken at the end of two weeks and four weeks but threonine significant (P<0.05).The groups with0.1%or0.15%of threonine grew up more quickly than the group with0.2%of threonine and the control during experiment.Different level of methionine,lysine and threonine have no significant effect on feed intake during the period of test.
