摘要 无极绳绞车往往因为运输线路较长,由于不同地质构造,上下山巷道通常会出现多处起伏,运输大型设备时,在巷道的低洼处就会出现“飘绳”现象,存在安全隐患,且不符合相关规定要求。为解决“飘绳”现象,需安设钢丝绳压绳装置。以往,无极绳绞车的主绳、辅绳均采用传统的压绳轮组将钢丝绳压住,存在配件易损坏、后期维护量大、投入费用高、压绳效率低等缺点,主绳压绳一般是增加压绳轮组的数量以达到压绳效果,而针对辅绳的压绳问题,我们另辟蹊径,研制了无极绳新型辅绳压绳装置。该装置能够解决大角度斜坡(≤14°)的辅绳压绳问题,在山西焦煤集团有限责任公司屯兰矿已得到广泛应用。 The endless rope winch often because of the long transportation line,because of the different geological structure,the up and down laneways usually have many ups and downs.When large equipment is transported,the phenomenon of"floating rope"will appear in the low-lying part of the laneways,and there are hidden dangers,and does not meet the requirements of the relevant regulations.In order to solve the phenomenon of"floating rope",it is necessary to install a wire rope pressure device.In the past,the main rope and auxiliary rope of endless rope winches were pressed by the traditional pressure rope wheel group,which had the disadvantages of easy damage of fittings,large amount of maintenance in later period,high investment cost and low efficiency of pressure rope,in order to increase the number of pressure rope group in main rope,we developed a new type of pressure rope device for non-polar rope.The device can solve the problem of the pressure of the auxiliary rope on the large angle slope(≤14°),and has been widely used in Tunlan Coal Mine of Shanxi Coking Coal Group Co.,Ltd.
