向炼化企业平稳供气浅析

Analysis on Stable Gas Supply to Refining and Chemical Enterprises

天然气作为优质、高效、清洁的低碳能源,近年来在能源消费中占的比例越来越重,并且主要用于工业、民用和发电的燃料。炼化企业作为重要工业企业,是天然气消耗大户,具有用气量大、用气波动大、主要将天然气作为燃料气的特点。因为炼化企业的用气特点,在向炼化企业供气过程中,易发生计量误差大、计量调压设备使用寿命短等一系列问题。本文就向炼化企业供气易出现的问题进行了分析研究,结合实践案例,对如何平稳向炼化企业供气,确保计量准确、设备安全平稳可靠,提出几点建议。

As a high-quality,efficient and clean low-carbon energy,natural gas accounts for an increasing proportion in energy consumption in recent years,and is mainly used as fuel for industry,civil and power generation.As an important industrial enterprise,refining and chemical enterprises are large consumers of natural gas.They have the characteristics of large gas consumption,large fluctuations in gas consumption,and mainly use natural gas as fuel gas.Because of the gas consumption characteristics of refining and chemical enterprises,a series of problems such as large metering error and short service life of metering and pressure regulating equipment are easy to occur in the process of gas supply to refining and chemical enterprises.This paper analyzes and studies the problems prone to gas supply to refining and chemical enterprises.Combined with practical cases,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to stably supply gas to refining and chemical enterprises to ensure accurate measurement and safe,stable and reliable equipment.
