摘要
本文从舟山石化自建厂以来对燃煤锅炉烟气污染物NOx减排措施、工艺路线的选择与设计、运行效率等方面进行研究,比较了SNCR与臭氧脱硝两种工艺,分析了影响NO_(x)排放的折算浓度高低的因素,探讨了控制NO_(x)排放量的工艺措施,从而,为燃煤锅炉循环流化床工艺采用脱硝技术的设计与运行提供了理论依据。
In this paper,Zhoushan Petrochemical has researched the measures to reduce NO_(x) emissions from coal-fired boiler flue gas pollutants,the selection and design of process routes,and the operation efficiency since the establishment of Zhoushan Petrochemical.Considering the factors of the converted concentration of x emission,the technological measures to control the NO_(x) emission are discussed,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the design and operation of the denitrification technology in the CFB process of the coal-fired boiler.
