LNG接收站最大卸料速率性能测试研究

摘要 目前国内已建成并投产的LNG接收站有数十个,虽然各LNG接收站试生产期间均开展了系统性能测试工作,但是测试方法、验收标准不尽相同,且在测试过程中存在诸多疑问。本文经过对国内多家LNG接收站系统性能测试进行调查,以最大卸料速率性能测试为例,开展性能测试方法及验收标准的研究,并在国内某LNG接收站实际应用,验证该性能测试研究方法满足设计及实际生产要求,以期为其他LNG接收站最大卸料速率性能测试提供借鉴。 At present,there are dozens of LNG receiving stations that have been built and put into operation in China.Although the system performance test has been carried out during the trial production of each LNG receiving station,the test methods and acceptance standards are different,and there are many questions in the test process.In this paper,after investigating the system performance tests of several LNG receiving stations in China,taking the maximum unloading rate performance test as an example,the performance test method and acceptance standard are studied,and the practical application in a domestic LNG receiving station proves that the performance test method meets the design and actual production requirements,with a view to providing reference for the maximum unloading rate performance test of other LNG receiving stations.
