高能重离子束诱变选育高蛋白含量杂交构树

摘要 通过对杂交构树组培瓶苗进行高能重离子束辐照诱变与性状鉴定,以期获得高蛋白含量杂交构树新品种。设置中低剂量的^(12)C^(6+)重离子束处理,选择目标单株进行根繁育苗并开展室内模拟平行栽培试验。结果表明:40 Gy的中低剂量辐照处理杂交构树材料大多数表现出粗蛋白浓度被提升,占到总数的85.00%;粗蛋白浓度最大提升幅度达到77.24%,选择该杂交构树突变株为目标材料进行平行栽培试验,发现该突变株生物量、形态指标和叶绿素浓度跟粗蛋白浓度一样都得到显著提升。综合分析认为,所选杂交构树突变株具有较强的养分吸收、光合作用能力,能够快速生长并积累大量粗蛋白。 The study made mutagenesis on ex vitro shoots of hybrid Broussonetia papyrifera with heavy ion irradiation and identified characteristics of the progeny,thus cultivating a new variety with high concentration of protein.Mid-low dosage of ^(12)C^(6+) was set to screen a target mutant plant and simulated parallel cultivation experiment in greenhouse between mutant and the control was carried out.The result showed that most of the B.papyrifera plantlets treated with 40 Gy^(12)C^(6+) heavy ion irradiation exhibited promoted concentration of crude protein,accounted for 85%of the total progeny.The maximum increase of crude protein concentration achieved 77.24%,and the B.papyrifera plantlet was chosen as the candidate material.The parallel cultivation experiment indicated that biomass,morphological indexes and leaf chlorophyll concentration of B.papyrifera mutant were significantly improved as well as the crude protein concentration.According to the comprehensive analysis,the B.papyrifera mutant obtained in this study has a strong ability of nutrient absorption and photosynthesis,grows rapidly and accumulates large amount of crude protein.
