摘要
前言感染性疾病(infectious disease)是由病原微生物引起的疾病的统称,在老年人群中发病率高、病死率高,严重影响老年人生命质量并引发沉重的经济负担,已成为全球重大公共卫生问题之一。随着年龄的增长,老年人的各组织器官生理代谢功能和免疫机能逐渐衰减,且常同时存在心脑血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病、糖尿病、肾脏疾病、肿瘤等慢性疾病,罹患感染性疾病的风险显著增加[1]。
