职业院校教学诊改背景下构建高职医学生职业能力评价体系研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的建立高职医学生职业能力评价体系,以不断提高高职医学院校人才培养质量,促进学生主动参与自我诊断与改进(诊改)的过程。方法依据教学诊改的理论思想,采用德尔菲法从专业能力和核心能力两个维度构建指标体系,明确指标内涵及评判依据。通过判断矩阵一致性比率计算法、群决策层次分析法计算专家权重和指标综合权重,实现此类统计学方法在该领域研究中的初步探讨。结果建立了高职医学生职业能力评价体系,确定了高职医学生职业能力评价指标权重及高职医学生职业能力评价指标体系评价方式。结论高职医学生职业能力评价指标构建有助于帮助学生开展自我诊改工作,在指标权重的计算过程中采用的群决策法能更好地在个体决策基础上将各个决策者的意见形成群体意见,在最大限度地反映决策者个体思想基础上又能归结出符合群体利益的最佳方案,实现由个体向群体的转变。 Objective To establish the vocational ability evaluation system of medical students in higher vocational colleges,to improve the quality of talents training in Vocational Colleges and promote students to participate in the process of self diagnosis and reform.Methods According to the theory of teaching reform,Delphi method is used to construct the index system from the two dimensions of professional ability and core ability,and to clarify the connotation of the index and the basis of evaluation.Through the consistency ratio calculation method of judgment matrix and the analytic hierarchy process of group decision-making to calculate the weight of experts and the comprehensive weight of indicators,the preliminary discussion of such statistical methods in this field is realized.Results The vocational ability evaluation system of higher vocational medical students is established,and the weight of the evaluation index and the evaluation method of the evaluation index system are determined.Conclusion The construction of vocational ability evaluation index of higher vocational medical students is helpful to help students carry out self diagnosis and reform work.The group decision-making method used in the calculation process of index weight can better form the opinions of each decision-maker into group opinions on the basis of individual decision-making.On the basis of reflecting the individual thoughts of decision-makers to the maximum extent,it can also sum up the best scheme in line with the interests of the group,so as to realize the goal of individual decision-making The transformation from body to group.
