3D打印技术在人工股骨头置换术中的临床应用研究

The clinical application of 3D printing technology in artificial femoral head replacement

目的研究3D打印技术在人工股骨头置换术中的应用对医生与患者满意度、并发症、焦虑情绪、功能恢复的影响。方法选取2017年9月至2019年6月贵州医科大学附属医院骨科收治的行人工股骨头置换术患者90例作为研究对象,采用双盲抽取法分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组应用常规人工股骨头置换术,观察组应用3D打印技术辅助人工股骨头置换术。术后观察两组患者在医生与患者满意度、并发症(包括切口感染、下肢静脉血栓及术后疼痛)、焦虑情绪及功能恢复情况(包括Harris评分及外旋肌力测试情况)、各项手术指标(包括切口引流量、住院时间、血红蛋白下降值、输血率及手术时间)方面是否存在差异。结果观察组患者的医生与患者满意度、并发症、焦虑情绪、功能恢复、各项手术指标均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3D打印技术在人工股骨头置换术中的应用效果显著,有利于提升医生和患者对术后结果的满意度,缩短手术时间和术中出血量,改善患者焦虑情绪,提高其生活质量,值得在骨科临床中推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of 3D printing technology in artificial femoral head replacement on doctors and patients satisfaction,complications,anxiety and functional recovery.Methods Ninety patients undergoing artificial femoral head replacement from September 2017 to June 2019 in our department were enrolled in the study.They were divided into observation group and control group according to double-blind extraction method.45 people.In the operation group,the conventional artificial femoral head replacement method was applied,and the observation group used 3D printing technology to assist the replacement of the artificial femoral head.After the operation,two different methods were applied after the operation,the doctor and patient satisfaction,complications,anxiety Emotions and functional recovery.Results From the perspectives of doctors and patients′satisfaction,complications,anxiety,and functional recovery,the indicators in the observation group were above the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 3D printing technology has a significant effect in artificial femoral head replacement surgery,which is conducive to improving the satisfaction of doctors and patients on postoperative results,shortening the operation time and intraoperative blood loss,improving patients′anxiety and improving their quality of life.It will be promoted and applied in future orthopedic clinics.
