亚急性甲状腺炎运用糖皮质激素治疗的效果分析

Analysis of glucocorticoid therapy for subacute thyroiditis

目的探究亚急性甲状腺炎运用糖皮质激素治疗的效果。方法选取2019年10月至2020年10月该院收治的亚急性甲状腺炎患者70例作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组35例。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组采用糖皮质激素治疗。对比两种干预方案应用效果。结果研究组患者症状改善时间、不良反应发生率、总有效率均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用糖皮质激素治疗亚急性甲状腺炎可有效改善患者症状,降低不良反应发生率,疗效明显,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of glucocorticoid in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis.Methods 70 patients who were treated in the hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the research group and the control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the research group was treated with glucocorticoid,and the application effects of the two intervention schemes were compared.Results The improvement time of symptoms,the incidence of adverse reactions and the total effective rate of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the data between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of glucocorticoid in the treatment of subacute thyroiditis,can effectively improve the symptoms of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients,the treatment effect is obvious,worthy of clinical promotion.
