口腔黏膜疼痛护理联合营养支持在头颈部放疗放射性口腔黏膜炎患者中的实际应用效果研究

Exploration and analysis of the practical application effect of oral mucosa pain nursing combined with nutritional support in patients with radiation-induced oral mucositis after head and neck radiotherapy

目的分析观察头颈部放射治疗(放疗)放射性口腔黏膜炎患者采取口腔黏膜疼痛护理与营养支持对改善其症状的应用效果。方法选取2018-2020年该院收治的接受头颈部放疗的恶性肿瘤患者92例作为研究对象,分为探究组和比对组,每组46例。探究组接受口腔黏膜疼痛护理联合营养支持干预,比对组接受常规放疗护理干预。比较两组患者不同放射剂量放射性口腔黏膜炎发生情况、护理后口腔溃疡愈合时间,以及护理前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、营养评分等。结果探究组患者放射剂量达70 Gy时发生Ⅲ~Ⅳ级放射性口腔黏膜炎例数明显少于比对组,口腔溃疡愈合时间明显短于比对组,VAS、营养评分均明显优于比对组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对进行头部放疗患者实施口腔黏膜疼痛护理及营养支持可有效降低口腔黏膜炎发生率,通过改善患者的营养状态和疼痛程度提高患者的治疗体验和生活质量,值得大力推崇。

Objective To analyze and observe the application effect of oral mucosal pain nursing and nutritional support on improving the symptoms of radiation-induced oral mucositis in head and neck radiotherapy.Methods A total of 92 patients with oral mucositis who received radiotherapy in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were evenly divided into the study group and the control group for nursing.Results The pain degree of oral mucosa and the recovery time of oral ulcer after nursing were recorded.VAS score and nutrition score of each group were evaluated after nursing.The results showed that the number of patients withⅢ-Ⅳradiation-induced oral mucositis in the study group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05);the healing time of oral ulcer in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the VAS score and nutritional score of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of oral mucosal pain nursing and nutritional support for patients with head radiotherapy can effectively reduce the frequency of oral mucositis reaction,and improve the treatment experience and quality of life of patients by improving the nutritional status and pain degree of patients,which is worthy of great esteem.
