输尿管镜钬激光碎石与气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的疗效研究

To compare the therapeutic effect of holmium laser lithotripsy and pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy under ureteroscope in the treatment of ureteral calculi

目的观察在对输尿管结石患者进行治疗的过程中按照输尿管镜钬激光碎石、气压弹道碎石术的疗效。方法选择2020年1-12月该院收治的输尿管结石患者70例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组采用气压弹道碎石术治疗,观察组采用输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗。分析两组患者恢复情况。结果观察组患者总有效率、手术时间、住院时间、结石排净时间均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对输尿管结石患者进行治疗的过程中按照输尿管镜钬激光碎石手术进行治疗可以有效增加手术效果,有助于患者恢复,提升手术治疗的综合效果。

Objective To observe the effect of holmium laser lithotripsy and pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy under ureteroscope in the course of treatment of ureteral calculi.Methods A total of 70 patients were selected by the Institute,which were received by our hospital from January to December 2020.35 patients were selected to be treated by pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy through random selection in the group.As the control group,the rest patients needed to treat holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscope as observation group.The recovery of the two groups was analyzed.Results The observation group had advantages in the treatment of the two groups,including the overall effective rate,operation time,hospitalization time and stone discharge time,etc.Conclusion In the course of treatment of ureteral calculi,holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscope can effectively increase the surgical effect of the patients,help patients recover and improve the comprehensive effect of the operation.
