知识-信念/态度-行为理论指导下的糖尿病护理模式对患者依从性、自护能力的影响

The influence of diabetes care model on patient compliance and self-care ability under the guidance of knowledge-belief/attitude-behaviortheory

目的探讨知识-信念/态度-行为(KAP)理论指导下的糖尿病护理模式对患者依从性、自护能力的效果及影响。方法选取2017年10月至2020年11月该院收治的糖尿病患者154例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组每组77例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予基于KAP理论的护理。观察两组患者干预后依从性、自护能力等。结果与对照组比较,观察组干预后血糖指标呈明显下降趋势,疾病不确定感评分明显降低,护理依从性各维度评分均明显升高,自护能力明显增强,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论KAP理论指导下的糖尿病护理模式能有效提高患者在糖尿病方面的认知,帮助患者树立积极的的治疗信心,通过转变患者在护理中的相关行为,在一定程度上提高患者依从性,有利于患者血糖相关情况的控制,具有良好的护理效果,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect and influence of diabetes care model guided by knowledge-belief/attitude-behavior(KAP)theory on patients′compliance and self-care ability.Methods According to the inclusion screening criteria,154 patients with diabetes hospitalized in our hospital from October 2017 to November 2020 were included in this study.They were divided into two groups according to the double-blind method.The control group received conventional nursing.The observation group was given nursing care based on KAP theory.Observe the patient′s self-care specific items;In addition,patients′compliance and disease uncertainty were observed after nursing.Results The biochemical indexes of the two groups of diabetes patients before and after intervention were statistically analyzed.Compared with the control group,the blood glucose indexes of the observation group showed a significant downward trend after intervention(P<0.05).The disease uncertainty of the observation group(85.62±3.89)was statistically different from that of the control group(101.56±4.45).The nursing compliance score of the observation group was statistically different from that of the control group(P<0.05).There was statistical difference between the observation group and the control group in the ability of post-nursing self-care behavior(P<0.05).Conclusion KAP under the guidance of the theory of diabetes in patients with diabetes care model can effectively,help build up my confidence in the treatment of positive patients,through changes in nursing patients with the relevant behavior,to a certain extent can improve patient compliance,beneficial to patients with blood sugar control of these conditions,with good care effect,Worth popularizing.
