博物馆票务信息管理系统的设计与实现——以辽宁古生物博物馆为例

Design and Implementation of the Museum Ticket Information Management System——Take Paleontological Museum of Liaoning as an Example

得益于信息技术的日益发展和广泛应用,数字化、虚拟化、大数据、云计算、物联网等技术逐步被引进到博物馆的多领域工作中。票务服务作为博物馆公共服务的窗口环节,其信息化系统的建设是提升票务服务质量与管理水平的重要举措。文章以辽宁古生物博物馆为例,介绍了该馆票务信息管理系统的建设原则、功能模块设计与实现过程。

Due to the increasing development and wide application of information technology,digitalization,virtualization,big data,cloud computing,Internet of Things and other technologies have been gradually introduced into multi-field work of the museum.As the frontline link of the museum’s public service,the construction of ticket informatization system is an important measure to improve the service quality and management level of ticketing.Taking Paleontological Museum of Liaoning as an example,this paper describes the construction principle,function module design and implementation process of the ticket information management system of the museum.
