摘要
以云平台为基础设施,将云制造技术、物联网技术、区块链技术与大数据技术相融合的技术已经成为数字化工厂建设的趋势。文章以云平台、大数据技术为着眼点,介绍了数字化工厂的系统架构模型、功能设计以及应用前景。以工业云为抓手,推动"区块链"技术与智能制造技术在工业企业中的应用,将推动本地企业在产品、服务、装备、制造全过程的数字化、网络化、智能化,推动业务与协作模式向服务型、个性化、社会化制造方向发展。
Based on cloud platform,the technology of integration of cloud manufacturing technology,Internet of Things technology,block-chain technology and big data technology has become the trend of digitalized factory construction.Focusing on cloud platform and big data technology,this paper introduces the system architecture model,function design and application prospect of digitalized plant.Focusing on the industrial cloud,promoting the application of“block-chain”technology and intelligent manufacturing technology in industrial enterprises will promote the digitization,networking and intelligence of local enterprises in the whole process of products,services,equipment and manufacturing,and promote the development of business and cooperation mode towards service-oriented,personalized and socialized manufacturing.
