摘要
基于目前包装型乳化炸药一体化油相中的乳化剂大多为Span-80和PIBSA类高分子乳化剂的复合物,且主要是Span-80乳化剂(30%左右),测试一体化油相皂化值,结合建立一体化油相体系皂化值Y与乳化剂含量X关系式Y=1.418X-3.519,测算待测样品乳化剂含量,对控制包装型乳化炸药一体化油相质量具有实用价值。研究表明:以Span-80为主要乳化剂的一体化油相的皂化值,随PIBSA加入量的增加,与纯Span-80油相的皂化值相比,呈现先低后高的渐变趋势,在含量8%~10%形成交叉;Span-80质量分数为31%,PIBSA质量分数为5%~8%时,其成乳时间短、电导率小,通过皂化值推算出的乳化剂含量与实际含量差异值最小。
Based on the fact that most of the emulsifiers in the integrated oil phase of the packaging emulsion explosive are the complex of Span-80 and PIBSA polymer emulsifiers,and mainly Span-80 emulsifier(about 30%).By being tested the saponification value of the integrated oil phase,combined with the establishment of the relationship between the saponification value Y and the emulsifier content X,Y=1.418X-3.519,the emulsifier content of the test sample is calculated.It has practical value for controlling the quality of the integrated oil phase of the packaging emulsion explosive.The results shows that the saponification value of the integrated oil phase with Span-80 as the main emulsifier increases with the addition of PIBSA.Compared with the saponification value of the pure Span-80 oil phase,the saponification value shows a gradual trend of first low and then high,and the cross forms at the content of 8%-10%.When the quality fraction of Span-80 is 31%and that of PIBSA is 5%-8%,the emulsion time is short and the conductivity is low.Finally the difference between the emulsifier content calculated by saponification value and the actual content is the smallest.
