摘要
结合天谷大楼项目,对复杂环境下局部逆作法施工技术进行研究。基坑内设置反压土来保护周边建筑物、地下管线等设施的安全及稳定,通过对周边环境、现场土质、施工临时道路、逆作法施工等特点分析,提出复杂环境下的逆作法施工技术及安全保证措施。项目采用顺逆结合的施工方案、合理设置出土坡道、选用合理的施工机具和方法来处理土质较复杂的情况,使基坑及周边建筑、地下管线等处于安全控制范围内。
Combined with the Tianyu Building project, the local top-down construction technique is studied in the complex environment. Anti-compressed soil is set in the foundation pit to protect the safety and stability of the surrounding buildings, underground pipelines and other facilities. Through the characteristic analysis of the surrounding environment, site soil, temporary construction road and top-down construction, the top-down construction technology and safety guarantee measures in the complex environment are put forward. The project adopts the combination construction plan of top-down and bottom-up method, reasonable excavated ramps,reasonable construction tools and methods to deal with the complicated soil quality, and makes the foundation pit and surrounding buildings and underground pipelines within the safety control scope.
