大直径盾构近距离纵向穿越小断面河渠的施工技术及应用

摘要 盾构施工在地铁工程施工中运用广泛,而大直径盾构在富水砂卵石地层中近距离纵向穿越凤溪河,存在较大技术挑战及安全隐患。通过成都轨道交通17号线一期工程黄石站至市五医院站区间盾构近距离纵向穿越凤溪河的工程实例,总结出盾构在纵向穿越凤溪河前的工作准备、穿越过程中所采取的技术措施及对凤溪河基底的加固方式等,有效地保证了盾构安全快速穿越凤溪河。 Shield construction is widely used in the construction of subway engineering, and large-diameter shields cross Fengxi River in water-rich sand and pebble stratum at close range, which poses greater technical challenges and potential safety hazards. With a project example of a short-distance and longitudinal crossing of the Fengxi River by a shield machine between Huangshi Station and the City Fifth Hospital Station of the first phase of the Chengdu Rail Transit Line 17 project, the working preparations of the shield before the longitudinal crossing of the Fengxi River, the technical measures taken during the crossing, and the reinforcement of the Fengxi River base are summarized, which effectively ensures the shield to cross Fengxi river safely and quickly.
