摘要
基于项目实践,总结了一套浇筑式沥青混凝土两阶段循环装料施工方法,论述了浇筑式沥青混凝土施工工艺流程及相关控制要点,分析了一次装料与两阶段循环装料对浇筑式沥青混凝土相关性能的影响。结果表明两阶段循环装料方法生产的混合料的多项性能指标要优于一次装料方法生产的混合料,特别是流动性。可以为浇筑式沥青混凝土的推广实施提供参考。
Based on the project practice, a set of casting asphalt concrete two-stage cyclic loading method is summarized, and the construction process of casting asphalt concrete and related control points are discussed, and the influence of primary loading and two-stage cyclic loading on the performance of pouring asphalt concrete is analyzed. The results show that the performance of the mixture produced by the two-stage cyclic loading method is better than that of the mixture produced by the one-time loading method, especially the fluidity, which can provide reference for promotion and implementation of casting asphalt concrete.
