建筑给排水施工质量控制措施

QUALITY CONTROL MEASURES OF BUILDING WATER SUPPLY AND DRAINAGE CONSTRUCTION

随着我国社会经济的快速发展,高层、超高层建筑数量不断增加,同时也造成一定的安全隐患,如火灾隐患等,而给排水工程被视为超高层建筑的"水分和养分",在不断输送用户和建筑用水的过程中还起到消防作用。基于此,以某超高层项目为例,分析了本项目建筑给排水系统的设计思路,对超高层给排水设计基本要求进行阐述,并依据消防安全规范对消防用水系统进行设计,期望能够给相同领域施工技术人员提供一定理论参考。

With the rapid development of China’s social economy, the number of high-rise and super highrise buildings is increasing, which also causes certain potential safety hazards, such as fire hazards. Water supply and drainage engineering is regarded as the "water and nutrients" of super high-rise buildings, and also plays a firefighting role in the process of continuously transporting users and building water demand. Based on the above,taking a super high-rise project as an example, the paper analyzes the design idea of building water supply and drainage system of the project, expounds the basic requirements of super high-rise water supply and drainage design,and designs the fire water system according to the fire safety code, hoping to provide some theoretical reference for construction technicians in the same field.
