摘要 基于静载试验成果的评估是基桩检测中的重要环节,结合两个实际桩基工程,探讨基桩可靠性分析软件的适用性。针对46根CFG桩复合地基单桩常规静载和31根挤扩钢筋混凝土灌注桩高应变动载测试成果,分别绘制特定场地下荷载-位移曲线集。多根检测曲线间的荷载响应具有明显的离散性。采用幂函数回归每条检测曲线得到回归参数集,并将每个回归参数集处理为随机变量。根据给定沉降下的容许承载力与实际受荷之间的关系构建基桩承载的极限状态方程。由几何可靠性算法分别求得各场地的可靠指标,均满足技术规范要求。 An evaluation based on static load tests is an important step in foundation pile inspection. The paper discusses the applicability of reliability analysis software for piles to two real-world projects with the pile foundation. According to the results of 46 CFG piles using the conventional static load testing and 31 expanded reinforced concrete cast-in-place piles using the high strain dynamic testing, the load-displacement curve sets under these two sites are drawn respectively. The load response among multiple observed curves has obvious uncertainty.The regression parameter set is obtained by using the power function regression for each curve, and the parameter set is treated as a random variable. The relationship between the allowable load at a given settlement and the applied load is used to generate the limit state equation for the bearing of the foundation piles. The reliability index of each site is obtained by using the geometric reliability algorithm respectively, and they all meet the requirements of technical specifications.
