北京建设全球数字经济标杆城市的路径研究

Research on the Path of Beijing to Build the Benchmark City of Global Digital Economy

随着人类社会加速迈入数字经济时代,数字经济成为经济发展的关键引擎和重要趋势。北京要建成国际科技创新中心,关键是要打造成为全球数字经济标杆城市。文章分析了北京建设全球数字经济标杆城市的关键要素,着重剖析了美国、新加坡发展数字经济的经验和举措,最终提出北京建设数字经济标杆城市的4点建议:政府统筹规划多层次数字经济新格局,打造京津冀数字创新圈,培育数字化龙头企业,加强数字经济基础设施建设。

With the acceleration of human society into the era of digital economy,digital economy has become the key engine and an important trend of economic development. To build Beijing into an international innovation center of science and technology,digital economy plays an important role in it. This paper analyzed the key elements of the global benchmark city construction of digital economy,emphatically analyzed the experience and measures of the United States and Singapore four suggestions are put forward for Beijing benchmark city construction of digital economy:government overall planning new pattern of multi-level digital economy,building digital innovation circle of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration,cultivating digital leading enterprises,strengthening the construction of infrastructure of digital economy.
