CONSTRUCTION TECHNIQUE FOR PRESSURE-TYPE PRESTRESSED ANTI-FLOATING ANCHOR

压力型预应力抗浮锚杆是一种新型锚杆体系,用于地下室抗浮中,可提高抗浮锚杆的承载力及耐久性。安徽省霍山县某工程地下车库抗浮锚杆施工中,通过在垫层设置防水构造解决了筏板渗漏问题。压力型预应力锚杆施工简易,锚固与防腐性能好,可提高地下室抗浮的可靠性,社会经济效益较好。

Pressure-type prestressed anti-floating anchor is a new anchor system, which could be used in basement anti-floating construction to improve the bearing capacity and durability of anti-floating anchor. During construction of basement garage anti-floating construction in Huoshan county of Anhui province, waterproof structure was set in cushion layer to solve the raft leakage problems. Pressure-type prestressed anchor has simple construction and favorable anchorage and anti-corrosion performance. It could improve the anti-floating reliability of basement and has favorable social and economic benefits.
