摘要
某地下车库基础采用独立基础+防水板结构+抗浮锚杆的形式,在工程收尾过程中,发现局部抗浮锚杆与底板连接处混凝土面层出现鼓胀、开裂、渗水现象,经研究认定为:防水板未达到抗浮要求造成抗浮锚杆处局部破坏,防水板局部抗浮不满足要求。经对地下车库防水板结构进行补强,达到了验收条件。
A basement garage foundation is composed of independent foundation plus waterproof plate structure and anti-floating anchor rod. Swelling, crack and water leakage were detected at the joint between local anti-floating anchor rod and bottom plate at the construction end. After analysis, it was determined that anti-floating anchorage rod had local damage due to disqualified anti-floating performance of waterproof plate. The acceptance conditions were satisfied after strengthening the basement garage waterproof plate structure.
