摘要
中国人民大学教学科研楼对狭小管井轻质隔墙板墙体与管线安装施工中,综合应用混凝土反坎一次浇筑成型技术、管井后浇板与管线套管安装一体化技术、BIM管线综合及轻质隔墙板拼接深化技术、轻质隔墙板新型连接技术、管线安装与轻质隔墙板穿插组织施工技术等,解决了狭小管井墙体与管线安装的技术和管理难题,实现了狭小管井墙体与管线高质量的目标。
During narrow pipe shaft light-weight partition wall construction and pipe installation in the teaching and science building of Renmin University of China, concrete counter sill one-time grouting and forming technique, pipe shaft post-grouting plate and pipeline sleeve pipe integrated installation technique, BIM pipeline integration and light-weight partition wall plate splicing deepening technique,light-weight partition wall new connection technique, pipeline installation and lightweight partition wall crossing construction technique, etc. were comprehensively used, to successfully solve the technical and management difficulties in narrow pipe shaft wall and pipeline installation, realizing the purpose of high quality management of narrow pipe shaft wall and pipeline.
