富水砾质粘性土区顶管段自动步道端头井施工关键技术 被引量:1

摘要 结合深圳坂雪岗科技城片区地下通道顶管段自动步道端头井的结构设计及工程地质环境,针对大断面管片底部的切割及开挖施工难度大、风险高、变形控制严格等难题,提出注浆加固、施作环框梁、临时型钢支撑、切割管片、土体开挖、施作初期支护、防水和二衬混凝土的主要工艺流程及关键步骤,解决了顶管段自动步道端头井修建难题。13个端头井施工费用比预算节约1 422万元,社会经济效益良好。 Based on the structural design and engineering geological conditions of the basement passageway pipe jacking segment moving walkway end shaft on the Banxuegang Technology City plot in Shenzhen, the cutting and excavation of large-section pipe bottom suffered from difficult construction,high risk and difficult deformation control, so some main processes and key steps were proposed, such as grouting reinforcement, setting ring frame beam, temporary profile steel support, cutting pipe, soil excavation, early phase support, waterproofing and secondary lining concrete, etc., successfully solving the difficulties in construction of pipe jacking segment moving walkway end shaft. The construction cost of 13 end shafts was RMB 14.22 million lower than the budget, and favorable social effects were realized.
