STUDY ON SEISMIC PERFORMANCE OF 7A04-T6 ALUMINUM ALLOY ROUND PIPE COLUMN

摘要 为研究7A04-T6铝合金圆管柱的抗震性能,对4个试件进行低周反复荷载试验,考察轴压比对7A04-T6铝合金圆管柱的抗震性能的影响。建立相应的有限元模型,进行参数化分析,提出7A04-T6铝合金圆管柱骨架曲线的理论模型。研究结果表明轴压比是影响试件水平承载力和抗震性能的重要因素,轴压比越大试件水平承载力越低,抗震性能越差;长细比是影响试件水平承载力和抗震性能的重要因素,长细比越大模型弹性阶段的刚度越小,水平位移越大,水平极限承载力越低,屈服后的下降阶段强度刚度退化速度越快,延性和耗能能力越差。骨架曲线的理论模型能很好地拟合试验结果。 Four samples were used for low reversed cyclic loading test, to study the seismic performance of 7A04-T6 aluminum alloy round pipe column and to determine the influence of axial pressure ratio on the seismic performance of 7A04-T6 aluminum alloy seismic performance. Finite element model was created for parameter analysis and the theoretical model was proposed for backbone curve of 7A04-T6 aluminum alloy round pipe column. It was found that axial pressure ratio is an important factor influencing the horizontal bearing capacity and seismic property. Horizontal bearing capacity and seismic property decrease after increase of axial pressure ratio. Slenderness ratio is an important factor influencing horizontal bearing capacity and seismic property of the test sample. The result showed that horizontal limit bearing capacity decreases after decrease of rigidity and increase of horizontal displacement in the elastic phase. The faster strength and rigidity decrease in the decreasing phase after yielding, the lower ductility, malleability and energy consumption become. The theoretical model of backbone curve could effectively fit the test result.
