中国共产党以文化建设推动美好生活建设主要历经了创立新民主主义文化、建设和发展社会主义文化、建立中国特色社会主义文化、发展新时代中国特色社会主义文化等4个阶段,构建了中国共产党百年文化建设的基本框架,促进了党的文化建设理论形态与实践形态的不断跃升。在百年行进中,中国共产党在以文化建设推动美好生活建设方面积累了丰富的基本经验,主要表现在以下4个方面:始终坚持党的领导是方向保证;以马克思主义为指导是理论支撑;坚持以人民为中心的立场是根本宗旨;秉持求实创新精神是科学态度。

The Communist Party of China′s promotion of a better life through cultural construction has mainly experienced the following four periods,i.e.the creation of a new-democratic culture,the transformation and construction of socialist culture,the establishment of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics and the development of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics in the new era.These four periods have formed a basic framework of the Party′s cultural construction over the past century and promoted the continuous improvements of the theoretical and practical forms of the Party′s cultural construction.During the past 100 years,the Party has accumulated a wealth of basic experience in promoting a better life through cultural construction,which is mainly manifested in the following four aspects.The Party′s leadership is the guarantee of the direction.The guidance of Marxism is the theoretical support.The implementation of the people-centered position is the fundamental purpose.And upholding the spirit of truth-seeking and innovation is the scientific attitude.
