3种植物促生长剂对小球藻生长及光合色素的影响 被引量:1

摘要 探究不同浓度梯度的新福钠、吲哚丁酸钾和胺鲜酯对小球藻生长性能及代谢的影响。研究结果表明,10 mg/L新福钠能够显著促进小球藻生长和光合色素合成,比对照组的细胞密度增加了16.7%,光合色素合成增加了15.5%;而20 mg/L的新福钠则开始抑制其生长但对光合色素合成无显著影响。20 mg/L吲哚丁酸钾能够显著促进藻细胞生长和增加光合色素合成,比对照组细胞密度增加了28.9%,光合色素合成增加了20.9%;而40 mg/L的吲哚丁酸钾则开始抑制其生长但对光合色素合成的无显著影响。10 mg/L的胺鲜酯能够显著促进小球藻生长和光合色素合成增加,比对照组细胞密度增加了33.2%,光合色素合成增加了28.1%;20 mg/L的胺鲜酯抑制小球藻的生长,对光合色素合成也有明显的抑制作用。 The effects of different concentrations of Xinfu Sodium,Potassium sulphate and DA-6 on the growth performance and metabolism of Chlorella were investigated.The results showed that 10 mg/L Xinfu sodium could significantly promote the growth of chlorella and photosynthetic pigments,which increased the cell concentration by 16.7%,the photosynthetic pigment content by 15.5%,and the high concentration of 20 mg/L Xinfu sodium began to inhibit its growth but had no significant inhibitory effect on photosynthetic pigment content.20 mg/L potassium butyrate could significantly promote the growth of algae cells and photosynthetic pigments,which increased by 28.9%compared with the control group,and the photosynthetic pigment content increased by 20.9%.The high concentration of 40 mg/L Potassium butyrate began to inhibit its growth but had no significant inhibitory effect on the photosynthetic pigment content.10 mg/L DA-6 could significantly promote the growth of chlorella and photosynthetic pigments,which increased the concentration of photosynthetic pigment by 33.2%,the photosynthetic pigment content by 28.1%,and 20 mg/L DA-6 Not only began to inhibit its growth,but also significantly inhibited the photosynthetic pigment content.
